Hello , I am the Owner of this Day Spa and a few Clients called me and said I needed to look at a couple of these reviews. First of all thanks to all my clients that left feedback. For the ones that left bad feedback about questions not being answerd on every consent form at the bottom of it there is a place you have to sign about any questions and answers and every Client that has came to my spa has signed it before there session. So that means all question was answered Every client is asked if they have any questions and even if they don't my staff and myself still always tell them about each precdure. And for the one that said that her appointment was rushed we have a policy about being late for your appointment that you will have the minutes that you was late taken off your session or you can reschedule your appointment. We do this because we are not going to make the Clients that are on time have to wait because someone was late. That would be the only reason a session would be rushed. The only people that has a problem about money is the ones that has received treatments that has not been paid for. I have had over Seven Hundred Clients since we have opened and less than 5 have had a issue about being late and NOT wanting to reschedule and getting upset when there time is deducted. My staff and myself make sure everyone is happy with there sessions and results. For the Schudeling problem a few clients got there day's wrong and I went out of my way for them and gave free sessions away just to make them happy. We do everything we can to make the Clients happy and welcome it's hard to please everyone but we do try if they will let us. Thanks Tonya Shepherd "OWNER"

The staff was great and informative of all my questions and answers. I was very pleased with my results and I will be going back for more treatments. I would recommend this Spa to everyone. They are very professional and will do anything and everything to make your spa vist pleasant .

They barely gave me any information at all and expected me to know what THEY wanted me to do. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. My appointments were all screwed up. It is very disorganized & unprofessional and they have no problem keeping your money when they screw up. I felt worse when I left. Best guess is that they will not be in the spa business for long because they are RUDE, unprofessional & act like a bunch of inexperineced hicks.
