Got disconnected, didn't even answer my question, wasted my $$$

I asked the doctor a simple question and he didn't even answer it....sat idle for over 6 and a half minutes!

My previous comment was incorrect due to networking issues, as he dropped out, once we were reconnected the advice was reassuring, spot on, good understanding of my probem and went out of his way to help me. I will definately be going back to him for further advice and I really do apologise for the previous comment as it was not his fault.

Either we lost the connection or he just wasnt there, I am not sure what happen as he never answered me. The timer just kept going and nobody was there. I am really upset about this.
