They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. I didn't feel any numbness after my visit with Thomas Hartey, D.C.. They always take good care of me.
