They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable.

The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. Dr. Blaine went above and beyond to help me right after I had a serious fall, staying late to treat me to accomodate my schedule, and providing ice packs right after as well as natural pain relievers with no side effects so I could continue to work. Her treatments helped me stay at work and heal much faster than any pain killers an MD would have given me. The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, which really put my mind at ease. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount.
