Chiropractors are not all created equal! This is the only chiropractor I will every go to. I had a painful condition that required physical therapy, treatment from my regular MD, and chiropractic care. I went to a chiropractor that was covered under my insurance for several months, and felt no relief. I finally contacted the Klinginsmiths which I had used when I had different insurance in the past. After suffering for about 9 months prior, Dr. Klinginsmith had me 90% healed within 4 weeks! Now I know better than to even mess with any other doctor....and fortunately they are now on my new insurance plan! Hurray!

If I need further chiropractic care, I'd go back. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. The staff is very friendly.
