I would like to let the public know how Dr Haywood runs his office. I recently visited his office for a minor accident I was evolved in. I picked his office out of the phonebook, and did not know anything about it. He was pleasant over the phone, so I went into the office and he took x-rays and adjusted my back trying to get me better. He never explained my x-rays or let me know what was wrong with my back. He just said you will need three adjustments a week until you get to feeling better then we will adjust the plan. I also received massages from his massage therapist Stephanie. I was told they were $60 a hour, then the first one I had was $184 hour, I was very surprised, I asked and they said they only receive $60, but they have to bill $184. My first massage was good and was for a hour. I had several massages but it seemed like every time they got shorter by a few minutes also they still charged me for a hour. Then one massage was 30 minutes and I was charged for a hour and I brought it to there attention and they said it was a mistake they changed it to 45 minutes which was still not right. I also noticed on my bill once that I was double charged for a adjustment, I brought it to there attention and again they said it was a mistake. they sure make a lot of mistakes. I completed my services their and wanted to let the Dr. know I was not happy with his office. I was upset cause they ended up asking for the whole $184 for the massage and they received it from the insurance company. I felt Like they lied to me, it was all about money not the patient. I called him and he was very rude he made excuses and made me feel like he did not care about me being unhappy, I feel that their practices are deceitful and that they don't care about the patient just the money. I want to let people know about this office before they go so this does not happen to them.

I have been a patient of Dr. Haywood for several years now. I was involved in a car accident in 2007 and immediately sought out Dr. Haywood's expertise. He not only gave me excellent care during my visit but he sent me home with knowledge of my injuries and what I could do at home to further treat those injuries. I consistently visit his office and have never felt better. I truly believe that chiropractic care is essential for a full and healthy lifestyle. I also believe that it is most important to find the right doctor that truly cares about his patients and their treatment. I fully trust Dr. Haywood with the care of myself, but more importantly the care of my family. I 100% recommend Haywood Chiropractic to anyone for I am confident they will not be disappointed!
