They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
