They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. The staff are great people, and very friendly. They are attentive and make you feel right at home. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I will absolutely return to Rodney Cross, D.C.. I had an amazing experience. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
