Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around . I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Dr. Hovey and his staff are amazing ! I LOVER THEM ALL

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
