They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They've given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips. They know how important it is for my recovery. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was a little stiff after my appointment. I think if they had been more gentle I would've been fine. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. After my chiropractic treatments I no longer experience pain and don't need to take pain medication anymore.

I just wanted to say a huge thank-you Bill for your treatment of me last week. You were able to treat me just hours before I caught a flight back to the UK after holidaying in the Englewood area. I had an acute exacerbation of a back problem and was having dificulty sitting and standing. You were professional, engaging and most importantly did a great job in a difficult situation.
