They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. This chiropractor has never misdiagnosed me. They always are able to find the source of my pain. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
