They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised. The office is very clean, peaceful and they are centered on your wellbeing not on collecting insurance money. Dr. Krol and Patty (the massage therapist) are very nice women and I get a real educaiton everytime Igo there. Dr. Krol is so knowledgable and not just in chiropractics. She's very honest. She answers all of my questions and is never in a hurry to move people in and out, that being said I never have to wait long either with the average time being less than 5 minutes. She also treats people holistically in that she tells you what vitamins and minerals your body could be lacking and what to take to get mor out of your visits. That's important to me because I don't want to have to go to my primary doctor and have to get a bunch of expensive meds when a vitimin can do the trick naturally. I just can't say enough about her and Patty. I recommend her to everyone that says they need chiropractic care knowing that they will get the best care possible. Dr. Krol and Patty are also very personable always asking what's going on in my life and chatting and laughing during the treatment. I've heard so many people exclaim with surprise that they feel much better with just one treatment. Dr. Krol is the best!

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
