I really loved that they offered on-site X-Rays. It was so convenient, and I didn't have to spend any extra time driving somewhere else to get them done. They did pay attention to the areas where I was in pain, but not as much as I would have liked. I would have preferred if the visit focused on that more. I was completely stiff when I left. It was hard for me to do anything for days.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was really glad that they customized their treatment to address my condition instead of just giving me general adjustments. Their treatment was much more effective that way. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.
