They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

It felt confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was comfortable knowing that I was getting the most safe, current treatment. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Doctor Findlay continues his education and incorporates that knowledge into the practice. He and the staff always listen to me.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill.
