They've given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips. They know how important it is for my recovery. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. The equipment they used during my adjustment seemed very current and safe. You could tell everything was well taken care of. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

Phillip Renfroe, D.C. is an absolute expert in the field! I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in his care. I was left in the appointment room by myself during a treatment, but the assistant checked in to be sure I was fine. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Phillip Renfroe, D.C.'s prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.
