The staff was very helpful . They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking questions. They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments. The staff were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I was very comfortable during my adjustments. I felt no pain or discomfort at all. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

Not at all. They ignored my questions

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

No, I was completely unprepared

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

No, they are always spot-on
