Great doctor, facility and staff. The office is almost new and clean. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a friendly staff member. I have been her many times and never has to wait more than a few minutes. Dr. Woloshen is truly a gifted physician that really cares about her patients. She seems to have a sixth sense about what is wrong and what to do about it. I also like that the office seemed modern and calming. I would highly recommend Woloshen Wellness Center

The Woloshen Wellness Center is truly a place of healing. The atmosphere of the office is one of calm efficiency and kindness. The staff is warm, courteous, and totally patient centered. Access to the office is easy, even for wheel chair patients. There are no steps and only one level of offices. While the primary entrance is from the parking lot, there is a ramp in front of the building facing Howard Ave. There are two large restrooms. Each has a safety bar. Making appointments is very easy. If a patient has to change an appointment, even at the last minute, the receptionist is very accommodating. There are two chiropractors on staff which makes waiting almost a non-issue. Each doctor is very thorough in providing an initial exam and evaluation, and any necessary tests such as X-rays.

The office is pleasant and possesses a tranquility which is so nice. While the magazine selection is limited, but there is so little wait time that this is not an issue. The office is very clean, very attractively appointed. There is a quietness about the office which I appreciate a lot. The treatment rooms are very well kept, and comfortable. Once Dr. Woloshen is inside with a patient, that patient is her sole focus. There are never any interruptions.
I have been a patient of Dr. Woloshens for 8 years, and I can honestly say that while I've had good doctors in the past, I have never ever experienced the kind of warmth and caring that I have at Woloshen Wellness Center.
My remarks are focused on Dr. Woloshen as she is the doctor who has treated me all these years, but her associate, Dr. Shane Hockemeyer who has treated me a few times, is highly skilled, and so gracious and courteous and gentle.

Dr. Woloshen listens very carefully and asks pertinent questions. She is professional, and very skilled. But beyond all this, Dr Woloshen is so kind, so caring, so respectful. She gives the patient suggestions of ways to help herself improve between visits. And unlike any doctor I have ever had, will not hesitate to call the patient, especially after the first visit, to do a follow-up. If something occurs between visits, and a patient needs to come in, the door to office is wide open. I have gone to some multi-doctor offices where the doctors are so protected by the front office that it is impossible for me to talk to my doctor outside of my visit. Not so with Dr. Woloshen. When you are her patient, she is YOUR doctor when you need her.

There is an atmosphere of happiness in the office. The staff likes being there, they like the patients. It is not a cold, clinical place at all, but a warm, tranquil place.

I highly recommend Woloshen Wellness Center.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I started seeing Dr Woloshen Wellness Center about a year or so ago. Immediately upon arriving the staff was extremely friendly. The waiting room clean an neat. Upon meeting with Dr Woloshen in the patient room I immediately new I was in the right place. She gave me a thorough exam and asked many questions about my condition. Dr Woloshen and Shane Hockenmeyer and their staff have helped me out tremendously. Not only physically but mentally. She comes in on her day off and on weekends if you are in need. She is not only a fantastic doctor but a special human being who enjoys helping her patients out. Every single time I have been in I have never had to wait. The office staff is fast and efficient and will spend as much or as little time with you as needed. The waiting area is small and quaint but I am there a lot and I never see it filled because their highly efficient in getting you in a roomand their scheduling is right on point. I highly recommend The Wolshen Wellness Center and love the entire staff. I wll certainly go there for as long as I am living in the area or NOT! I give them ten stars.

The Woloshen Wellness Center is my only stop for all of my chiropractic needs. Dr. Woloshen and Dr. Hockenmeyer are extremely invested in the treatment of their patients. The adjustments are always dead on and thorough. You always leave feeling cared for, rather than feeling like they were just trying to get you in and out as fast as possible. I've never had to wait to get into a treatment room, even when I'm 15 minutes early. The entire staff is kind and nurturing. The front desk has always been friendly and professional, and the massage therapists are very talented, with a very healing touch. I tell anyone that needs adjustments to go see Dr. Wo and her amazing staff.

Dr. Woloshen is an amazing chiropractor. She gives me her undivided attention and the office staff is friendly and inviting. Her technique really helps my upper and lower back problems. They also make an extra effort to reschedule me as soon as possible if something comes up in my schedule. They know me on a first name basis and I never have a long wait in the office. Her office is clean and recently renovated (good parking too!). They go out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated and remember my birthday each year. I would definitely recommend her as a knowledgeable, gifted individual who truly has the experience and expertise in chiropractic.
