They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. At some of the other places I've been to, the chiropractor had super cold hands, so I was a little nervous I would have to deal with that here, but I didn't at all. I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.

Dr. Ken Felt is a kind, caring expert. I was so impressed with the level of professionalism from the office staff, the nurses and of course, Dr. Felt himself. The office is extremely clean and there is never a tremendous wait. I would highly recommend Dr. Felt and his staff!

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.
