They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but Allen Zak, D.C. was extremely careful. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
