Their office staff is far more friendly and professional than the actual DCs.

If they mention "workmans comp," run for the hills. They will answer your questions with vague answers and the repeated phrase will be "protecting your rights." There will be no straightforward discussion. If you agree that work just may have caused your injury, you are done for. They will not change that finding, even at your request, and will aggressively pursue that line, including demanding access to your workplace without your consent or even knowledge.

The rehab room is a waste of your time and money; this is used to generate more revenue for the company. You can do the same thing at home on your own time and with minimal investment and just as much professional oversight.

When asked if I would fill out a review for them, they refused to begin treatment until it was completed; I did deny them the ability to release it to anyone else. It was just so inappropriate and coersive.

Stay away from any chiropractor who needs to look down the back of your jeans. Chiropractors shouldn't need to "visualize" your lower back that way.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
