I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

Dr Kaubisch finally gave us answers to medical problems my son had been having for over 2 years...that "traditional" doctors were baffled by. My 7 y.o. had been having severe headaches so bad he would bang his head on the wall, stomach problems, legs and feet hurting so bad that he couldn't walk some days, would sleep 12-13 hours at night then still be sleepy all day, not remember where his shoes were (when he was wearing them)...and more. Four times, Lyme tests came back negative. He ended up in the ER for possible emergency appendectomy, but the ER dr. had sense enough run a dye test first and found his appendix was fine but spleen was a bit enlarged. Yet another Lyme test came back negative...and his symptoms continued to get worse. Within 5 minutes of testing, Dr. Kaubisch found both Lyme and Babesia in my son and began a tincture immediately. We noticed positive changes in my son in 3 days; three weeks later (now), he rarely has headaches, no pain in his legs, and no other symptoms. I am VERY thankful for Dr. Kaubisch and wish more "traditional" physicians would recognize the value of and work with alternative doctors.
