Dr. Bradley is fantastic. After a car accident, he took xrays and showed me why I was having pain in my neck/back. He explained everything in detail. The treatment he gave started immediately helping and he was always available whenever I needed to come in for an appointment. He never rushed me in and out and answered all of my questions. He handled all of the paperwork/communication between his office and the insurance company. He is so knowledgable about his work. He could press around on my back and tell me exactly where it was hurting based on his exam. He and Melinda (the office manager) are wonderful and kind people. I would never go anywhere else!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did the chiropractor update you about the progression of your recovery at each appointment?
Definitely! They made an extra effort to keep me well informed.

The office was easy enough to find. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill. I was very comfortable the entire time. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. He helped tailbone pain I had had for about 4 years go away as well as some nausea I was experiencing toward the end of my 3rd pregnancy that not even Zofran could help with! He is an amazing and GENTLE chiropractor. You don't leave there feeling like you just went through an assembly line.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately. I would recommend them to others, especially my friends and family. I was happy with their care and would like to pass on my good experience to others. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
