They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I definitely felt welcome here, they were very friendly and accommodating. I was happy with their nice manner. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did.
