Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do. They've given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips. They know how important it is for my recovery.
