They had quite a few interesting magazines, although they're so respectful of their clients time that you really don't have time to pick one up. The staff it very professional, yet makes you feel at ease and if you're a part of their "family". They're able to answer most of my questions, and if they don't know the answer are quick to get one. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but their staff and standards of service are so high that it doesn't even matter. Every time I arrive for my appointment they always remember me by name and greet me with a big smile as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They were by far one of the best chiropractic clinics I've ever been to. I wish the GP's in our area were as thorough and concerned about our care and comfort. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I would, without any hesitation, recommend Dr. West's office to anyone in need of chiropractic services and/or massage therapy!
