I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled and friendly staff. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. Their staff is very knowledgeable and qualified. When I arrived for my appointment the staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I have seen two of the doctors, both are kind and knowledgeable. I felt I received the utmost respect and care.

At some of the other places I've been to the chiropractor wants you to keep coming back weekly, so I was a little skeptical when I met Dr. Estabrook. I was greatly relieved when he told me about my specific treatment plan, and how he wanted me to get better and start exercising. I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special, and the front desk receptionists are very nice. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. It's nice to go into a medical office and everyone seems happy to see you, and happy that they are they to care for you. Their website was easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment, which they have a lot of paperwork (downside). The office was very easy to locate, and right off the freeway. (plus). I would recommend Dr. Estabrook to anyone who wants honest care. You can also see Dr. Clanton, he is very nice too.
