My family has been going to Scot for 16 years now. He is very gentle and always upfront if he can not help a problem. He has always told us on the 1st visit if he felt he could do any good, and if so, about how long it would take. He has even met us on Sunday when we have had an urgent need. Unless he retires, we won't use anyone else
