I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had with Kerry Bateman, D.C.. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable.
