They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. One thing I really liked, was that they kept me updated about where I was at in the recovery process, and how long before I would be fully recovered. It gave me more of an idea about how much time I could expect to be recovering, and encouraged me on all the progress I had made. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Marjean Swartling, D.C. makes the extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need! They always remember me and make me feel very important! I felt better than I have in years when I left my appointment with Marjean Swartling, D.C.. I never feel stiff at all. Marjean Swartling, D.C. is an absolute expert in the field! I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Marjean Swartling, D.C. puts in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.
