They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

Knox Pittman, D.C. always makes an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to! They always listen to every question or concern I may have! I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. The chairs in Knox Pittman, D.C.'s waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. Knox Pittman, D.C. is an absolute expert in the field! I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Knox Pittman, D.C.'s equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed!
