Not at all! They always respect my decisions.

I would recommend them to others, especially my friends and family. I was happy with their care and would like to pass on my good experience to others. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. At some of the other places I've been to, the chiropractor had super cold hands, so I was a little nervous I would have to deal with that here, but I didn't at all. I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable.

Appointment Schedulers are great, they will call you if a cancellation. Office is pleasant for the very short wait. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
