They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I felt very encouraged after my first appointment. After seeing how qualified and knowledgeable they were, I was hopeful that I would be able to get better under their care.
