I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.
