I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I didn't feel any numbness after my visit. They always take good care of me.

The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
