Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

Dr. Reilly and his wife are so personable and attentive. I have arrived early for appointments and a few minutes late for appointments and never did I have to wait on them! I was always seen immeditely, within 2 or 3 minutes of arriving. Everything he does is explained beforehand. The thing that impressed me the most is that Dr. Reilly told me that, given my injury, it was a good thing that I didn't just go to any chiropractor, but that I went to him first. (He was aware that not all chiropractors are created equally). I have to struggle to think of any staff in any kind of business that provided better service and a more friendly attitude. I was a new person after just two visits with him. After six visits, I was able to perform in sports like I haven't been able to in months! After struggling with back pain for more than 11 years, one visit to Dr. Reilly made me realize how much time I unnecessarily spent with my discomfort. He changed my life and I am eternally grateful!

Excellent treatments made an immediate difference. New in Columbus, hadn't seen a chiropractor in some time. Dr. Reilly offers a number of different treatments in addition to adjustments. This son of a doctor highly recommends Dr. Reilly.

They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments.

This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I was so happy with the care I got here that I have already told multiple people about it. They deserve all the recommendations in the world. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, which really put my mind at ease.
