The initial visit is very thorough going over your reasons for visit, ex rays, going over what to expect in treatment, answering your questions and initial adjustment. The following adjustments you are in and out spending what time is needed not wasting any more. When you are there once to three times a week that is a very good thing. He answers your questions and never makes you feel rushed. There is very little if any wait time in the office. The staff is friendly!

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They've given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips. They know how important it is for my recovery.
