Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

No, they went above and beyond what they told me they could do

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

My son was suffering tremendous back pain - he is a YEAR round high school athlete. Dr. Nelson was amazing! Our first visit he told us that this ONE visit may help or my son may need to come back but bascially to call if we need him. The first visit was amazing and no pain for a while. There was no pressure to plan out the next 12 months of visits that would empty our packets! When the pain came back we went back, We saw him a total of I think 4 times in about 4 months time - and after the last time - NO MORE PAIN! Dr. Nelson has amazing "bed side manor". He is kind and caring! Also - we have tricare which does not cover chiropratic and
Dr. Nelson was VERY affordable! He saved my sons athletic career! This Man has healing hands from God! Thank You Dr. Nelson!
