They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have never had any complains, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to a customer satisfaction policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry,but here, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They also have a attached Physical Therapy Massage facility for those needing PT.
