Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Jeff is so professional and incredibly good at adjusting you just right. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

The office was easy enough to find. I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me.Dr. Deschamps is very good. My family has been going to him for 15 years. He uses the activator method of chiropractic care, which is a more gentle and accurate type of adjustment.

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.
