Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

Dr. Craig is a miracle-worker. I refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They definitely believe in quality here and it is much appreciated. I wish I could go every day/week!

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Never, they are very reliable.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all.

They have completely eliminated my need for pain medication and enhanced my overall well-being. I feel better than ever. They had a great selection of magazines in the waiting room. In fact I can't even make it through an entire magazine because I never have to wait for my appointment. Dr. Stimson is always on time. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. My appointments never get canceled last minute.They are extremely reliable. I wish my insurance covered chiropractic care so that Dr. Stimson could be my primary care provider.
