They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. This chiropractor has never misdiagnosed me. They always are able to find the source of my pain. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

John Hanks, D.C. was helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. John Hanks, D.C. went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I was totally impressed. John Hanks, D.C. definitely cares about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
