They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area.

The doctor and office staff are wonderful and are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never felt pressured into a long-term (and unnecessary) treatment plan and we addressed my back and neck pain issues each time and then decided how to move forward. I highly recommend Dr. Paul and his staff.

I didn't feel any numbness after my visit. They always take good care of me. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.

I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything! They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Paul Santilli, D.C. gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
