The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

Yes

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Were the chiropractor's hands uncomfortably cold during your treatment?
No, they were fine

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this chiropractor's office?
Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

I wasn't worried about Chad Abercrombie, D.C.'s equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. Chad Abercrombie, D.C. is always prepared for my appointment and remembers everything about me. Chad Abercrombie, D.C. made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. The office was easy enough to find. Chad Abercrombie, D.C. was helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
