Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. They are very good but somewhat overbooked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments, but part of that is that they answer questions and build rapport with their clients. They are very calm and understanding and I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
