I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. Dr. Graves actually changed his schedule to accomodate me. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of.

They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do. One thing I noticed about their office was how clean it smelled. They have a very kind, caring staff. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. After my chiropractic treatments I no longer experience pain and don't need to take pain medication anymore.
