They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

At a chiropractic clinic you expect them to have comfortable chairs in their waiting room, and I would grade these as average. They weren't uncomfortable but the weren't terrific either. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

We were in treatment for about 45 minutes. Some massage, some electro shock stimulation and finally a simple adjustment. My 20 year old son with severe lower back pain was practically cured afterwards. We still have some exercises to do at home but now he moves without pain and hope for the future completely free from it.

Highest marks!! Oh, and did I mention that my son's visit. including all the work and machines cost only $40 cash which is only $5 more than my copay on insurance they didn't accept.

Great work Doc! I had heard that everyone in family sees you from time to time and now I know why.

Dr. Chase cares about the comfort and cure of all his patients. He has always been warm, friendly, caring, and humorous, since my first visit. I'm so glad my Attorney sent me to Dr. Chase.
