They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They are always polite and exceedingly good at what Dr. Kelberman does. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I was really glad that they customized their treatment to address my condition instead of just giving me general adjustments. Their treatment was much more effective that way.

I have received services on many occasions thru the years. Dr. Kelberman has great insight and creativity in determining what is causing the various problems both my son and I had through the years. My son was so impressed by Dr, Kelberman that he went to graduate school and received a doctors degree in Kineseology. He also helped my husband recover from a fall, when our primary physician basically told him he just had to live with the pain.

They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
