I seldom write reviews and I never gush, but Dr Springer is a freaking saint!

I have seen a variety of chiropractors over the years, all using muscle-testing to see what was wrong, give me an adjustment and send me on my way, but I never saw any lasting change, only alleviation of my current pain.

In just three visits with Dr Springer, not only has he handled more than I could have ever asked for , he's done more for me than ten years of previous doctors combined!!

Instead of treating a symptom, Dr Springer quickly finds the actual cause of a problem, and handles that. And miraculous what was troubling me has disappeared even though it was never directly addressed. I have never felt better!

I have been going to Dr. Springer for my chiropractic needs for years now, and he is like a miracle worker. When my back goes out, he fixes it. End of story. I always leave his office feeling better than when I went in. He is extremely professional and knowledgable, and I always learn something new while talking to him. His help is very much appreciated!

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I didn't feel any numbness after my visit. They always take good care of me.

They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciated the fact that they invested in the most comfortable, luxurious chairs I could imagine.

They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. Their eguiptment was very advanced. It was safe and well taken care of. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
