I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful.

I was extremely disappointed that they didn't offer on-site X-Rays. I had to drive for hours to get to a lab that would do my X-Rays, it was ridiculous. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should! I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit.
