They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They are always laughing and smiling in there, makes my day! The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr. D spends a significant amount of time with each patient and made me feel heard and valued in regards to my care. I would recommend him to anyone seeking out a Chiropractor.

I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
